PLACING AN ONLINE CAKE ORDER


  • I'm trying to place an order for the next day or two but it won't let me, why?​ We require 48hours notice for all cake orders so the system will not allow you to place your order unless it fits into this timeline.

  • I want a cake that is not on your website, how do I place an order for that? We have refined our cake offerings, so if you do not see the cake you're after on our website it's likely we don't make it, with exceptions to minor details. Contact us (02 66851556) if you need clarity on this.

  • How do I pay for my cake? Upon checkout you have the option of paying via Paypal (using your account if you're a member OR as a "guest" you can pay using your credit card details). Alternatively you can pay via the Manual payment method (cash/EFTPOS upon pick up OR payment over the phone).

  • I have a special request (allergy/decorations/flavours/cake filling etc) how do I inform the Baker of this when I place my order? Leave a note of any requests in the "Special Requests" section and our Pastry Team will do their best to assist. You will be contacted directly if we cannot fulfil your special request.

  • Do you make Wedding Cakes? We ask that you contact us directly to organise a consultation and from there we can determine if we can help you achieve your wedding cake goals. 

  • Can I order my cake in store or over the phone? All cake orders must go through the website, however we do encourage you to come in store if you require assistance and our team can help you place the order via our inshore tablet.
