FAQ


PLACING AN ONLINE ORDER

 

  • I'm trying to place an order but I can't see the date that I want to collect it, why?​ We only accept orders with a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 30 days notice. The system will not allow you to place your order unless it fits into this timeline.

  • I've left it too late to order and have missed the deadline, can I just call or come in store to do it? As much as we'd love to bend the rules to accommodate last minute orders, unfortunately we have the 5 day minimum there to help keep our team on track. Feel free however to pop in store to see if there is anything available that is ready made in the store that you might like as an alternative. ​

  • I want a cake that is not on your website, how do I place an order for that? We have refined our cake offerings, so if you do not see the cake you're after on our website unfortunately we don't make it. We are not currently accepting any extra requests.

  • How do I pay for my online order? Upon checkout you have the option of paying via Paypal (using your account if you have one OR as a "guest" where you can pay using your credit card details).

  • I need to cancel my order, what happens? A full refund will be provided if we confirm your cancelation within 3 days notice of collection. If we receive less than 3 days notice a 50% deposit will be kept. Subject to the discretion of management. If you forget to collect your order there will be no refund given.

  • Do you deliver? Not currently.

​

  • Can I order in store or over the phone? All cake orders must go through the website, however we do encourage you to come in store if you require assistance and our team can help you place the order via our in store tablet. Orders made with the assistance of staff in store still require 5 days notice.
